All technical audits, network blueprints, and security hardening projects are executed under a strict professional agreement. Clients are expected to provide accurate infrastructure details to ensure the precision of the deployed solutions. Any modifications to the project scope after the initial architecture phase will require a mutual technical review.
For effective network defense and server management, the client agrees to the following access protocols:

All bespoke software, custom network scripts, and technical documentation developed by Mithun Kumar remain the intellectual property of the architect unless otherwise specified in a formal transfer agreement. Either party may initiate the termination of service with a **30-day technical notice**.
